Clarivate has published its 2024-edition of the list of Highly Cited Scientists. This list includes researchers who have authored multiple Highly Cited Papers which rank in the top 1% by citations for their field(s) and publication year in the Web of Science over the past decade.
A total of 45 Austrian scientists are included as Highly Cited Scientists. Since 2018, Franz Essl has been included in the field of “Environment and Ecology” and, for the seventh consecutive time, he has again been featured in the latest edition!
