New publication – Curbing the major and growing threats from invasive alien species is urgent and achievable

Recently the synthesis publication of the recent IPBES Assessment Report on Invasive Alien Species and their Control has been published in Nature Ecology and Evolution. The publication synthesis the main findings of the report and outlines pathways for decisive action to mitigate the impacts of invasive alien species globally. Involved in the report and publication were Franz Essl and Bernd Lenzner from the division.
